Welcome to Zero Day Protocol. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zero Day Protocol mobile application and related online services provided by MTX Games ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or playing Zero Day Protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
Zero Day Protocol is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or 16 where required by applicable local law). If you are under the required age, you must obtain parental consent before using the application.
You may play Zero Day Protocol as a guest or link your account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in cheating, exploit abuse, or unauthorized reverse engineering of network protocols.
Zero Day Protocol may offer virtual currencies, items, or upgrades (such as DarkCoin, Quantum Crystals, and hardware unlocks). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for legal currency. All transactions made via Google Play In-App Billing are subject to Google Play’s payment terms and policies.
All artwork, storylines, audio, visual effects, software code, and trademarks associated with Zero Day Protocol are the exclusive property of MTX Games. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Zero Day Protocol is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay across all hardware devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTX Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the game.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
